September 6, 2020

Today I chaired a Peace advocacy meeting by Pastoralists/Herders in eight Local Government Areas of Southern Kaduna. It is aimed at consolidating the relative peace in the areas.
The meeting was well attended by all relevant stakeholders in the 8 LGAs including Senator Danjuma Laah, Dr. Abdulmalik Durunguwa, All Ardos (Fulani Community Leaders) Chairmen of Fulani Development Associations, Security Agencies, Commissioners of the State Peace Commission, Youth and Women Leaders, Religious leaders and many respected opinion leaders.
The focus is one; Let there be peace in our communities.
We will continue to lend our support in the promotion of peace irrespective of our differences.
Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria, Kaduna State Chapter deserves special mention here for their tireless efforts in ensuring lasting peace in Southern Kaduna.
